Job summary

Ten Square Games is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team. You will plan and execute influencer campaigns across its portfolio of mobile games, building strong relationships with creators and agencies and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth.

The role requires planful execution, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work across European and US time zones in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of self-management, with the ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple campaigns in a fully remote environment.
• Readiness to work flexibly across European and US time zones, including occasional evening hours when required by campaign schedules, creator communication, or launches.
• Fluent English.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple mobile game titles.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and creator representatives.
• Negotiate campaign terms and coordinate campaign execution.
• Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Analytics, LiveOps and external partners.
• Identify new creator opportunities and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of influencer marketing processes.
