ESAB is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Strategy to lead the department's operations from Gliwice, Poland. You will serve as the operational right hand to the VP of Global Marketing, owning Wrike governance, processes, resources, and financial infrastructure to drive precision and momentum across global teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, project management, or a senior operational leadership role.
• Experience managing people and leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
• Proven track record of owning budget management, financial tracking, and operational reporting at a department level.
• Deep expertise with Wrike; familiarity with SAP, Medius or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong data fluency and ability to build/interpret dashboards; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages welcome.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness for cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture, governance, and adoption of Wrike across the department.
• Liaise with heads of Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, and regional teams to identify friction and drive solutions.
• Provide concise VP updates, shielding from noise while ensuring important issues are addressed.
• Anticipate needs, surface risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor workload distribution and prevent overallocation across the global team.
• Develop resource models translating historical actuals into accurate project estimates.
• Produce regular operational reporting on throughput, utilization, and capacity trends.
• Manage full financial operating cycle: invoices, POs, actuals vs budget, monthly reforecasts.
• Lead two India-based team members; coach and integrate them into the global team.
