ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leading multiple project workstreams and overseeing their successful execution.
• Providing expert guidance in your domain and supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution‑design sessions.
• Preparing and presenting structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Coaching consultants and analysts working on your projects.
• Acting as a subject‑matter expert in areas such as public administration, security, law enforcement, defense, or intelligence operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at B2‑C1.
• One of the following certifications: PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Strong background in project management or a clearly defined functional/operational domain.
• Experience consulting for public administration, security, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate confidently in complex client environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present structured, practical solutions.
