Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10–15 performance engineers across Europe.
Own delivery of multiple concurrent development and optimization projects.
Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria tied to benchmark and application performance improvements.
Ensure consistent execution against milestones, with clear tracking and reporting.
Balance strategic initiatives with near-term deliverables.
Guide the team in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and optimization strategies.
Promote data-driven decision-making and reproducible performance results.
