Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a technology strategy and transformation professional to advise clients on IT strategy, architecture and operating models. You will shape strategic technology solutions, drive digital transformation, and help transform IT organizations and capabilities.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and familiarity with AI trends; a Master’s degree and 3–8 years’ experience in top consulting firms or similar

The opportunity

As part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation Team, you will advise clients on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence. You will support the design and delivery of strategic technology solutions and help transform IT organizations, operating models, and capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver technology strategy and transformation engagements (IT strategy, architecture, process design, program management)
• Advise on IT operating models and technologies (ServiceNow, Microsoft)
• Use data and technology to develop innovative client solutions
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement risks
• Build strong client and internal relationships
• Contribute to team development, recruiting, and knowledge sharing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer‑centric, collaborative mindset with passion for technology
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Awareness of latest tech trends, including AI adoption
• Master’s degree with strong academic performance
• 3-8 years’ experience in Big4, strategy consulting, or similar roles

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ITIL and/or project management certifications (SCRUM, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Knowledge of technology strategy, enterprise and solution architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and basic programming/scripting
• German or French language - level B2
