Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks a Senior M365 Tenant Migration Lead to coordinate and deliver a tenant-to-tenant migration into the client’s Microsoft 365 environment. You will design strategy, align cross-functional teams, and ensure security, governance and data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

The role emphasizes architecture planning, risk assessment, and detailed runbooks, with strong English communication and international collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

We are seeking a Senior M365 Tenant Migration Lead to coordinate and deliver a tenant-to-tenant migration into the client’s Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of tenant-to-tenant migration strategy for Microsoft 365, with emphasis on Dynamics 365, Business Central, CRM and Power BI.
• Define architecture and technical plans addressing integrations, identity, security, access rights, licensing and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, including technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors, to align timelines and deliverables.
• Assess and document technical dependencies and migration risks; propose mitigations and contingency plans.
• Provide guidance on identity and authentication models, including tenant and Azure AD considerations, to preserve security and compliance posture.
• Validate data migration approaches and ensure integrity of business-critical systems during cutover.
• Define and enforce operational processes for post-migration support, handover and long-term governance.
• Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks and architecture artefacts for review and audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ideally including large-scale or complex environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, Business Central, CRM and Power Platform architectures and migration patterns.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft architecture components: Azure AD, identity and access management, security controls and integrations.
• Experience assessing and planning for licensing implications and governance models in Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience running cross-functional technical programmes.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams, migration plans, risk assessments and technical runbooks.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
