KK Group in Madrid seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for the Corporate Development team to lead strategic initiatives across the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration. This hybrid role partners with senior leaders across the organization to drive transformation and business development in a truly international setting.

You will broker governance, align cross-functional teams, and translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, while navigating ambiguity

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in M&A, post-merger integration, or comparable complex business transformation programs.

Responsabilités

Lead and deliver complex strategic projects from planning through execution.
Drive M&A-related initiatives, including due diligence support, integration planning, and post-merger integration activities programs.
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear project plans and actionable roadmaps.
Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business functions.
Facilitate executive-level discussions, challenge assumptions and help drive timely decisions.
Navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems and drive progress without a predefined path.
