Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization leadership roles.
• Hands-on background as translator/editor/proofreader.
• Experience coordinating freelancers across markets.
• Strong analytical instincts: quality scores, OKR trends, delivery data.
• Business-minded: tie localization to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Localization Specialists.
• Manage and scale external freelancer network from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
• Translate business goals into localization execution plans and bridge teams.
