Job summary

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Robotics Simulation Engineer to join an international project building the software foundation for consumer household robots.

You will shape physics-based virtual test environments that enable hardware-independent testing, combine hands-on software engineering with technical consulting, and communicate results across a distributed international team, with occasional on-site meetings in Germany.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Robotics Simulation Engineer to join an international project focused on building the software foundation for consumer household robots.

In this role, you will shape physics-based virtual test environments that enable more hardware-independent testing and help shorten robotics development cycles. You will combine hands‑on software engineering with technical consulting, working across simulation, perception, planning, control, and automated testing.

We are looking for a self‑driven expert who can independently design technical solutions, advise project stakeholders, and clearly document and communicate results within a distributed, international environment.

Working model

The role is largely remote, with occasional on‑site meetings in Germany approximately two to four times per quarter.
