Cytiva is seeking a Senior Lead Business Intelligence professional for the Krakow team. You will own BI initiatives, develop impactful dashboards, and drive end-to-end delivery from scoping to testing. This on-site role reports to the BI Director and supports global Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics/Data Science with 5+ years in Qlik Sense and SQL, plus strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Analytics or Data Science related field.
• 5+ years' experience in Qlik Sense, SQL and/or additional BI related experience.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial and able to balance multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Act as a product owner to understand business needs and drive end-to-end from scoping to development and testing.
• Develop impactful BI dashboards using approved tools within deadlines.
• Lead enhancements of BI solutions to improve actionable insights across the business.
• Coordinate project communications and document status across stakeholders.
