Job summary
Łukasiewicz PORT is seeking an experienced Expert LC-MS/MS Scientist to join the P4Health Bioanalytics Platform. The role focuses on proteomics and metabolomics, developing advanced mass spectrometry workflows to support neuroscience, oncology, immunology, and biomarker discovery. You will work with international researchers and maintain instrumentation, contributing to method transfer and validation. English proficiency is essential. The position is based in Poland.
Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses using LC-MS/MS focusing on proteomics and metabolomics.
- Develop, transfer, and validate analytical workflows and methods.
- Maintain LC-MS/MS instrumentation and perform routine QC.
- Interpret complex LC-MS/MS datasets and report findings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on national and international projects.
