Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our tech team on a B2B contract. You’ll design, build, and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, delivering scalable services.

You’ll apply AI-assisted programming tools to improve code quality and productivity, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Java experience with commercial projects.
• Proficient in Spring/Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Familiar with microservices architecture and cloud stacks.
• Knowledge of Kafka and AWS is a plus.

Senior Java Developer – Warsaw | B2B Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Warsaw on a B2B contract.

We are looking for someone with strong backend development experience, a solid understanding of Java, and an interest in using AI tools to enhance software development and programming productivity.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend applications using Java
• Working on scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
• Collaborating with other developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Contributing to technical design and architectural decisions
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Using modern AI-assisted programming tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and problem-solving
• Working with cloud and/or event-driven technologies, depending on the project
• Supporting continuous improvement of development practices and engineering standards

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial experience with Java
• Solid knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices
• Good understanding of software design principles, clean code, and testing
• Experience with Kafka and/or AWS
• Practical experience using AI tools in software development/programming — for example, AI coding assistants, code generation, debugging, testing, or code optimisation
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skillsl

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial services, banking, payments, or fintech sector
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar
