Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Expert Java Developer (Flowable) to join a team delivering high-performance real-time streaming platforms from Cracow.

The role requires hands-on Java and Flowable in microservices and collaboration across technology teams. This is a hybrid model with at least 3 days weekly in the Cracow office. You will design, develop, and implement features using Java, Flowable, and Spring Boot, while maintaining and supporting existing applications and contributing to

Qualificações

• 15+ years of Java development with Flowable and Spring Boot.
• Banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ORM frameworks (JPA, iBatis).
• Experience with Kafka and real-time data streaming.
• REST API design and Azure cloud experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Proficient with Maven/Gradle and modern SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of tasks from another vendor and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Design, develop, and implement new features using Java, Flowable, Spring Boot.
• Maintain and support existing applications and resolve production issues promptly.
• Contribute to architecture discussions for microservices and streaming data.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and operations to deliver robust solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
