Job summary
EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Business Workflow Engineer to design and build impactful workflow solutions, drive business change and improve processes within an agile team.
You will implement Flowable-based workflows and API integrations using Java, Spring Boot, JPA and Spring Security, collaborate with peers, and contribute to portfolio accounting, trade processing and client reporting while keeping pace with industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject.
- Experience in workflow design with low-code tools.
- Solid Java knowledge including Spring Boot, REST API, JPA and Spring Security.
- Experience with agile delivery.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1).
Responsibilities
- Design and build workflow solutions with Flowable and API integration.
- Drive business change and process improvement.
- Implement functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with peers through engineering guilds.
- Work in Client and Transaction Reporting and AM Regulation agile crew.
- Design and manage tech stack for portfolio accounting, trade processing and reporting.
- Manage large, time-sensitive datasets.
- Guide others and stay updated on tech developments.
