Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Java Developer for a European client in the tax administration domain. You will contribute to development and maintenance of secure, scalable software supporting complex taxation processes, with a 20+ member project team.

The role requires 6+ years of Java experience, strong Spring/Quarkus, microservices, containers, and REST/SOAP integration. English proficiency and collaboration with distributed teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficient with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST/SOAP and messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• Strong testing principles and English communication.

Responsabilités

• Implement software components according to design specifications.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Perform unit testing of software components.
• Participate in estimating project efforts and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and distributed teams for predictability.
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
• Participate in triage activities (incident analysis and prioritization).
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.
