Job summary

ComeOn Group in Katowice is seeking an experienced Java developer to help us evolve our gambling platform. You will work across the stack, from backend services to frontend components where needed, collaborating with a cross-functional team in a hybrid setup.

You will use Java, Spring, Tomcat, SQL, Docker and Kubernetes, read legacy code, and help modernize it safely. Fluency in English is required, and you should have 6+ years of hands-on web application development experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of web application development experience.
• Deep experience with Java and related web tech.
• Ability to read legacy code and modernize safely.
• Experience with SQL databases and web service development.
• Fluent English, and collaboration in an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend Java services as part of a cross-functional team.
• Integrate with external systems, and work on frontend components when needed.
• Read, understand, and improve legacy code in a risk-aware way.
• Collaborate with PO, QAs, and Devs in an agile environment.
