Job summary

Miratech Group is actively seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a Europe-based project focusing on tax administration software. You will contribute to development and maintenance of customized solutions for a large public-sector client, involving secure, scalable platforms and complex multi-system integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• Good understanding of testing principles.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement software components according to the design specifications.
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Perform unit testing of software components.
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines.
• Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and predictable progress.
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
• Participate in triage activities (incident analysis and prioritization).
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.
