Job summary

Antal is seeking a Senior Java Developer (Kafka) in Warsaw to design and develop backend services for a large-scale, international logistics Big Data integration platform.

You will work in a hybrid model (1 day in the office per week), contribute to event-driven architectures with Java 17+, Kafka, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and cloud-native patterns, and help modernize legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Senior Java developer with experience in large-scale backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with modern Java stack (Java 17+), Spring Boot.

Join an international organization delivering a large-scale Big Data integration platform connecting systems across multiple countries within the logistics industry. This is a strategic migration and modernization initiative focused on building scalable, event-driven solutions that support critical business operations.

Your role

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend services and integrations for a complex enterprise ecosystem. You will help modernize legacy applications, drive technical decisions, and build robust event-streaming solutions used across international markets.
