Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our client projects in the Fraud Management domain. You will develop server-side Java applications, participate in Scrum teams and contribute to design and data pipelines.

Ideal candidates have strong Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL and English proficiency, plus experience with microservices and modern integration patterns. This is an on-site role in Poland with supportive consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven server-side Java development experience (Java, Spring Boot, SOAP/REST).
• Experience with performance analysis, profiling and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with messaging technologies, especially Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Oracle or similar).
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
