Job summary

Team Connect in Warsaw is seeking a Java Developer (Mid/Senior) for hybrid work on international projects. You will contribute to backend, microservices, and REST APIs within diverse client engagements. We value at least 3 years of Java experience, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and solid SQL, plus CI/CD, Git, and testing.

Team Connect is a Polish nearshore and offshore IT services provider. Since 2008 we have been building and developing software for our clients.
We specialise in Agile and DevOps-based software development, from analysis through to deployment. We build backend, frontend and mobile applications.

Ongoing recruitment: Java Developer (Mid/Senior)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid) | Cooperation: B2B

Our clients come from banking, insurance, industry and the public sector. Projects range from modernising legacy systems to greenfield microservice architectures.

What we look for

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Java experience
• Java 17+, Spring / Spring Boot
