Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) to take end-to-end ownership of critical domains in the Checkout & Validation team. You will shape the customer journey by building scalable APIs, collaborating with product and business to deliver real value, and shipping in a cloud-based GCP environment.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, and modern tech, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform, and grow with a company that values growth, transparency, and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the Java ecosystem with Spring Boot.
Proficient in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Skilled in designing, building, and delivering scalable APIs.
Hands-on in CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.

Responsibilities

Own backend services end-to-end within the Checkout & Validation area.
Design and deliver scalable APIs, collaborating with product and business teams.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric value.
