Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Java Backend Developer with strong Azure experience to design, develop, and continually improve intelligent HR-focused digital products. You will work on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL, while leveraging Azure services and AI concepts in a collaborative agile environment.

The role emphasizes quality, observability, security, and scalability, with opportunities to contribute to hiring and onboarding in a forward-looking engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot with microservices experience.
• Experience designing REST APIs and GraphQL schemas.
• Hands-on with NoSQL data modelling and data streaming.
• Familiar with authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, Entra ID) and Azure cloud services.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration in agile teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled features and explainable AI practices is a plus.

• Apply modern engineering practices from user needs to automated testing, deployment, and observability.
