Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a skilled Java developer to design, implement, and maintain Java applications for pension and savings products. You will work on tax and account processing engines, ensuring compliance across multiple countries and integrating with tax authorities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, cross-functional teams, and mentorship of peers. Start ASAP in a on-site capacity in Poland, contributing to complex business processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java 21 and Java-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
• Proven experience with relational databases and PostgreSQL SQL.
• Practical experience with messaging technologies such as JMS, MQ, or similar protocols.
• Strong proficiency in Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for producing and consuming data.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications supporting savings and investment products.
• Build and enhance calculation engines ensuring compliance with tax regulations across multiple countries.
• Develop solutions supporting complex business processes, tax authority integrations, and customer-facing reporting.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with financial analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and act as a code reviewer and design sparring partner.
