Adecco is recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a financial services organisation modernising a business-critical investment accounting platform. The role focuses on Java backend and platform engineering, building scalable services for real-time and batch data processing with enterprise data platforms, and mentoring engineers.

Formación

• 7+ years building large-scale distributed software systems.
• Strong hands-on Java and backend API development.
• Production-grade service design, testing, deployment and support.
• SQL and/or NoSQL database experience.
• Cloud or hybrid-platform experience.
• CI/CD, DevOps practices and automated testing.
• Strong technical communication and mentoring skills.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test and operate scalable Java and API-driven services.
• Develop multi-tenant capabilities for real-time and batch data ingestion.
• Modernise legacy functions into cloud-ready, API-first services.
• Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and enterprise data platforms.
• Improve reliability, observability, auditability and operational controls.
• Lead design discussions and support architecture decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Take ownership from implementation through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with product, operations, architecture and distributed engineering teams.
