Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Java Automation Tester to work on testing asynchronous system integrations based on Apache Kafka. You will design and execute manual and automated tests and maintain automated test scenarios.

The role involves building and managing test pipelines in Jenkins, creating test scenarios with Java and Cucumber (BDD), and reporting results with Allure while managing test cases in Xray. Proficiency in Swagger/OpenAPI for API contracts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in integration testing using Apache Kafka, including event production and consumption as well as topic and event order verification
• Strong knowledge of Java and ability to write automated tests
• Practical skills in manual (exploratory) and automated testing of asynchronous integrations
• Previous experience creating test scenarios in Cucumber using BDD approach
• Experience managing test cases, plans, and executions in Xray or Jira
• Ability to configure and run CI pipelines in Jenkins
• Familiarity with REST API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Very good command of Polish language

Responsibilities

• Building and managing test pipelines in Jenkins within CI/CD
• Reporting test results using Allure and managing test cases in Xray
