We are looking for an experienced Java Automation Tester to work on a project involving testing asynchronous system integrations based on event streaming using Apache Kafka. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests, as well as creating and maintaining automated test scenarios.

Your tasks

• Designing and executing manual and automated tests for event-streaming based integrations


• Creating and maintaining automated test scenarios in Java and Cucumber using BDD approach


• Building and managing test pipelines in Jenkins within CI/CD


• Reporting test results using Allure and managing test cases in Xray


• Verifying API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI


• Building test projects with Gradle

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in integration testing using Apache Kafka, including event production and consumption as well as topic and event order verification


• Strong knowledge of Java and ability to write automated tests


• Practical skills in manual (exploratory) and automated testing of asynchronous integrations


• Previous experience creating test scenarios in Cucumber using BDD approach


• Experience managing test cases, plans, and executions in Xray or Jira


• Ability to configure and run CI pipelines in Jenkins


• Familiarity with REST API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger


• Very good command of Polish language

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking and financial sector


• Knowledge of CI/CD and tools such as Gradle


• Advanced English language skills
