Job summary

Nomagic, located in Poland, is seeking a Senior IT & Security Engineer to manage internal IT and security operations. This role is critical to maintaining a strong security posture while ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

With a hands-on approach, you will work across cloud, edge, and on-prem infrastructure, directing outsourced IT teams and addressing both strategic and operational challenges. The position offers a competitive salary, equity, and a hybrid work environment based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering, IT security, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with network configuration – firewalls, VLANs, VPN.
• Solid Intune or equivalent MDM experience.

Responsibilities

• Own internal IT and Security hands-on at a scaling Physical AI company.
• Maintain and improve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance posture.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and firewalls.
