Job summary

ETFBOOK, a Swiss SaaS data platform, seeks a Senior IT Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and hiring for global tech teams. You will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple countries to build strong pipelines and ensure a smooth, fair interview process.

You'll shape recruitment strategy, engage active and passive candidates, and drive international hiring initiatives to fuel ETFBOOK's rapid growth in the ETF and financial data space.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years of professional recruitment experience, including IT/Tech.
• Proven track record recruiting for Software Eng, Data, DevOps, QA, and Product.
• Strong international recruitment across multiple countries.
• Fluent English.
• Proficient sourcing channels and market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment across multiple countries and international markets.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for IT and tech positions.
• Build and maintain international talent pipelines with active and passive candidates.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Represent ETFBOOK’s culture and opportunities with candidates throughout the process.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.
