Fusion Consulting in Warsaw seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a global Application Rationalization program for a pharmaceutical client. You will coordinate interdependencies, develop integrated plans, and ensure milestones, decisions and dependencies stay aligned across multiple workstreams.

This is a non-technical integration lead role focused on governance, planning and stakeholder alignment in a regulated pharma environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management in large-scale enterprises.
• Proven integration lead/PMO lead coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong dependency, milestone, risk, and integrated planning management.
• Experience with IT transformation, application portfolio, or rationalization programs.
• GxP documentation in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Excellent coordination and communication in global/matrixed setups.
• Hands-on, structured, proactive, delivery-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across program workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, dependency maps, and cross-workstream timelines.
• Identify conflicts, gaps, risks, and drive resolution with the relevant teams.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinatea global Application Rationalization Program in a pharmaceutical company. The role will focus on coordinating the interdependencies between multiple program workstreams and ensuring that activities, timelines, decisions, and dependencies remain aligned across the overall program.

This is not a technical integration or interface development role, rather an integration lead position. The focus is on program-level coordination, dependency management, planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across multiple program workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, dependency maps, and cross-workstream timelines.
• Identify conflicts, gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive resolution with the relevant teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business, application, infrastructure, architecture, security, and other program stakeholders.
• Provide structured status reporting, highlighting dependencies, risks, issues, and required decisions.

Maintain a holistic view of the Application Rationalization roadmap and ensure individual workstreams remain aligned with overall program objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience acting as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT PM coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong experience in dependency, milestone, risk, and integrated planning management.
• Experience with complex IT transformation, application portfolio, infrastructure, or application rationalization programs.
• GxP-documentation in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Excellent coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, global and matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on, structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach.
