Job summary

OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior IT Automation Tester to support a banking-sector client. You will own and scale automated test suites in a C#/.NET 8 environment and ensure smooth pipelines in Bitbucket and Bamboo. The role combines manual testing support with strong data-focused validation.

Candidate should have 2+ years in test automation on .NET, strong SQL skills, NUnit experience, and fluent English. Hybrid work model with up to 60% from the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of test automation experience on .NET stacks (C#).
• Strong SQL skills – the team works mainly on databases.
• Hands-on experience with NUnit and test runners.
• CI/CD automation experience with Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Fluent Git knowledge, code review practices and experience maintaining test pipelines.
• Strong failure diagnostics and debugging skills.
• Openness to partially manual testing.
• Advanced English.
• Nice to have: Exposure to Pega.

Senior IT Automation Tester

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Automation Tester to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will own and scale automated test suites in a C# / .NET 8 solution, working mainly on database-driven systems, and keep the test pipelines running smoothly in Bitbucket and Bamboo.

Key Details

• Rate: up to 135 PLN/h (B2B)
• Work Model: Hybrid, up to 60% from the office, full-time (40h/week)
• Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw
