Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead requirements gathering and documentation for Core Banking programs. You will liaise with stakeholders, translate business needs into features and user stories, and ensure smooth handover to development teams.

The position requires strong data governance knowledge, SQL proficiency, and experience in large banking projects with 300+ staff. Nordic exposure is a plus and compensation aligns with market norms.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.

Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and/or user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
• Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes
• Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools
• Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes
• Experience working with Hadoop
