in Warsaw is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions across multiple stakeholder groups. You will document and validate requirements, support developers and testers, and ensure traceability and quality throughout the development lifecycle. Excellent English communication and hands-on Jira/Confluence use are essential; banking domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling.
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and UI design.
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
