Job summary

DCG Poland seeks a Senior IT Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, document strategies, and translate requirements for delivery teams across the full lifecycle.

Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, API development, SQL, data mapping and process modelling, plus banking domain knowledge, with strong English for international cooperation.

You will support developers and testers, ensure traceability, review results, and deliver insights into implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• API development, data mapping and process modelling knowledge
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain
• SQL, user interface prototyping and UI design knowledge
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams
• Strong collaboration with developers and analysts
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
