Job summary

Software Mind is hiring for a native iOS developer to build and maintain Traveler-facing apps as part of a global medical and security project. You will work on fully native iOS and SwiftUI implementations, integrating location-based features and secure data storage.

The role requires 3+ years in iOS with Swift/SwiftUI, strong concurrency knowledge, experience with push notifications, OAuth 2.0 and CI/CD, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in native iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong knowledge of Swift concurrency (async/await, actors, data races).
• Experience with location services and push notifications.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC and secure credential storage.
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks.
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit and UI tests; familiar with CI/CD.
• Proven ability to own features end to end and resolve incidents.
• Experience working with architects and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
• English at C1; working language with client.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with PMs, backend devs, designers to review requirements and estimate effort.
• Ensure the app is user-friendly, efficient and responsive across devices.
• Optimize for speed, stability and scalability.
• Implement authentication, session management and secure data storage.
• Implement location-based features and location-triggered push notifications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including crash analysis and hotfixes.
• Implement app monitoring and analytics.
• Localise the app in multiple languages and ensure accessibility.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Take ownership of features end to end and participate in technical design discussions.
• Update internal knowledge base and documentation.
