Job summary

Software Mind is hiring an experienced iOS engineer to build native Swift/SwiftUI apps for a global leader in security risk services. You will work on Traveller-facing apps, ensure performance, localization, and accessibility, and collaborate across product, design and backend teams.

You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to design discussions, and help maintain CI/CD pipelines while delivering a secure, scalable mobile experience for travellers and expatriates worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of Swift concurrency, including async/await, actors and data race prevention.
• Experience implementing location services and push notifications.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC, session management and secure credential storage.
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks.
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit and UI tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to own features end to end, support production applications and resolve incidents.
• Experience working closely with architects and reviewing other engineers’ code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the native iOS application using the latest Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders on requirements review and estimation.
• Ensure the mobile app is user-friendly, efficient, and responsive to different screens and models.
• Optimize for speed, stability and scalability.
• Implement authentication and secure data storage to enterprise standards.
• Implement location-based features and location-triggered push notifications.
• Investigate production issues, crash analysis and hotfixes.
• Set up app monitoring and analytics; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Write localization and accessibility support; own features end-to-end.
