Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a senior iOS engineer to join a dedicated mobile team in Kraków. You will rebuild traveller-facing native apps for a global leader in medical and travel security, focusing on a fast, secure, accessible user experience with Swift and SwiftUI.

You will collaborate across product, backend, and design, own features end-to-end, implement localization, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. Flexible remote cooperation options and international projects are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native iOS development with Swift/SwiftUI.
• Strong Swift concurrency knowledge (async/await, actors).
• Experience with location services and push notifications.
• OAuth 2.0/OIDC, session management and secure storage.
• Experience integrating third‑party frameworks.
• Unit/UI tests and CI/CD familiarity.
• Ownership of features end-to-end and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; English at C1.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS apps in Swift/SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with product, backend, designers on requirements and estimates.
• Ensure app usability across devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize speed, stability and scalability.
• Implement auth, session management, secure storage.
• Implement location-based features and push notifications.
• Investigate production issues and root cause analysis.
• Set up app monitoring and analytics.
• Localisation and accessibility support.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and testing.
• Review peers' code and participate in design discussions.
• Update internal documentation.
