Job summary

Allegro is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer (iOS) to shape a new shopping experience and enhance Allegro’s mobile apps. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance iOS features and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.

You will work with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern iOS toolchains, while exploring new technologies and contributing to a large, fast-paced e-commerce platform. Hybrid work and generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

Fluency in Swift and the iOS SDK.
Solid knowledge of SwiftUI, Combine, and Swift Concurrency.
Ability to write unit tests (XCTest and Swift Testing), snapshot tests (SnapshotTesting), and UI tests (XCUITest).
Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams.
Practical experience with modular architecture.
Experience in developing and scaling large codebases.
Knowledge of Apple Liquid Glass design language and WCAG accessibility standards.
Proficiency with AI-assisted tools in daily development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy features for the Allegro iOS application.
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to implement mobile solutions.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality across iOS.
Be part of Allegro’s mobile community and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Identify and resolve performance issues and memory leaks in the iOS app.
Stay up to date with iOS technologies and trends.
