Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up in Poland, delivering scalable iOS solutions for consumers and merchants. You will own the native iOS platform architecture, performance, and quality, while contributing to AI-driven engineering initiatives within a lean, international team.

You will work with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern async patterns, ensuring zero-regression production environments and close collaboration with backend and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native iOS engineering experience.
• Production apps published on the App Store.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of a production FinTech iOS app.
• Develop and maintain native iOS solutions using Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit.
• Implement concurrency using async/await and Combine.
• Work on local persistence (Core Data/SwiftData) and Keychain Services.
• Contribute to PRD authorship, specification writing, testing, and feature releases.
• Build and maintain automated tests with XCTest/XCUITest.
• Profile performance using Instruments and maintain zero-regression in production.
• Develop CI/CD automation with Fastlane/Xcode Cloud.
• Collaborate with backend for API contracts and authentication.
