Job summary

ARQ, a Kraków-based fintech company, seeks a Senior iOS Engineer who will be a hands-on contributor to high-quality code and architectural improvements. You will join the Core Product Team to build and scale the ARQ experience from our flagship iOS app to new product lines on the roadmap.

You will own features from concept to launch, write Swift with UIKit/SwiftUI/Combine, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while helping scale the app across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine).
• Solid understanding of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and testing practices.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Passion for crafting high-quality UI/UX and polished user experiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally fintech or consumer tech startups.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship exceptional iOS experiences that are fast, intuitive, and delightful to use.
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant Swift code using modern iOS frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the iOS app as it scales.
• Own features from concept to launch, ensuring quality, polish, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve app performance, stability, and user experience.
