Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our iOS test automation for a global aviation app. You will work closely with product, developers, and release teams to stabilize tests, investigate flakiness, and ensure reliable mobile workflows across iPadOS environments.

You will contribute to the future direction of iOS automation, using Appium/WebDriver and XCTest/XCUITest, with Java or Swift in a hybrid, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile/iOS test automation.
• Ability to read, debug, and improve automation codebase.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with Appium/WebDriver and XCTest/XCUITest.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Swift for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stabilize the existing mobile automation setup.
• Investigate and reduce flaky tests.
• Support release testing and test reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues across the app, test framework, CI/CD, and devices.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and future iOS automation direction.
