Job summary

InPost is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to drive the technical direction of our mobile platform across multiple markets. You will influence architecture, mentoring senior engineers, and ensure a cohesive single codebase as we consolidate market apps into OneApp.

The role requires deep Swift/SwiftUI knowledge, strong MVVM/clean architecture, and experience delivering across multi-market environments. Hybrid work from Poland is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years production iOS experience across multiple teams or platforms.
• Proven track record shipping a single codebase across markets/brands.
• Strong mobile architecture skills (MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID).
• Experience with Swift concurrency (async/await) and modern Swift.
• Deep UIKit and SwiftUI knowledge with migration experience.
• Data layer and databases understanding; security and crypto basics.
• Experience with multi-market / white-label app development.

Responsibilities

• Own iOS technical direction across multiple mobile teams.
• Lead architecture decisions and modularisation efforts.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and other disciplines to deliver platform-wide features.
• Define standards, testing policy, and quality gates for iOS projects.
