Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to conduct periodic reviews of financial and operating activities across the company and affiliates. You will ensure policies are applied and support the Audit Committee with assurance on internal controls.

The role requires collaboration with Corporate Audit and global finance teams, with travel up to 65% (majority international). A CPA/CIA is preferred and Big Four experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Public Accounting experience, ideally Big Four, preferred (external role).
• 4–5 years of relevant Audit or Finance experience required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and perform data analysis for audits to assess risks and design audit programs.
• Prepare audit planning memoranda and meeting agendas; present findings to senior management.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely remediation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local business unit personnel and senior audit management.
