Colgate-Palmolive Warsaw is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to conduct periodic financial and operational reviews of the company and affiliates. You will analyze data, develop audit programs, perform tests, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

You’ll lead meetings, draft audit reports, and supervise staff when required, while maintaining strong relationships with business units and corporate audit leadership. Travel up to 65% internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit financial and operating activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare audit planning memorandum and conduct tests.
• Lead audit meetings and present findings to management.
• Follow up on audit findings and remediation actions.
• Maintain relationships with business units and senior audit management.
