Job summary

Bayer in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead planning and design of cross-system integrations in Product Supply. You will mentor engineers, work with squad leads, and ensure scalable, well-documented solutions that meet business objectives.

Required are a CS/IT/Data degree, strong IT architecture skills, NodeJS, AWS, Terraform, and fluent English (German a plus). Hybrid work with a modern Warsaw office and global collaboration opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in IT architecture and designing distributed systems.
• Proficiency with NodeJS and AWS services.
• Familiarity with IaaS (Terraform) and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of integration processes and interfaces across systems in Product Supply.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers in implementing integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Squad Leads and stakeholders to align integration with business goals.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions following best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes and standards.
• Foster intercultural collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
