Bayer is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to plan and design integration processes, leading a team of engineers in implementing solutions for Product Supply. The role emphasizes alignment with stakeholders and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in IT architecture & distributed systems design.
• Experience with API design and system integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of integration processes and interfaces within Product Supply area.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers in implementing integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Squad Leads and stakeholders to align requirements with business goals.
• Provide technical oversight for scalable, reliable, maintainable integrations.
• Create and review documentation for interfaces, standards, and best practices.
• Foster intercultural collaboration across locations.
