EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in multiple Polish cities in a hybrid working mode.

You will drive AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations across Europe, engaging C-level stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value. The role requires deep expertise in AI strategy, GenAI/LLM-based solutions, and cloud-native patterns, with strong knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain and regulatory landscapes (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II).

We're looking for a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland, in a hybrid working mode.As part of EPAM's growing Insurance Business Unit, you will work in a high-visibility, client-facing role that drives AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations.
