Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect for the Insurance Industry to join a client project in Berlin. You will define end-to-end architectures and guide customer engagements from technical analysis to signed agreements.

Fluent German and English at C2/C1 levels are mandatory. You will lead cloud/SaaS transformations, mentor architects, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders across dynamic environments. Willingness to travel 20–30% within Germany and Switzerland is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years as an Enterprise Architect, with insurance domain experience.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1+) in business communication.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and SaaS delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management across levels.
• Hands-on mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, and insurance domain is a plus.
• TOGAF / ArchiMate knowledge; cloud certifications are beneficial.
• Experience in dynamic environments; agile project management.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% within Germany and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture with insurance customers and guide from analysis to signed agreement.
• Present architectural concepts and roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Drive technical transformation by standardizing practices and enabling cloud/SaaS patterns.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Delivery Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document architectural decisions and ensure knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Maintain clear technical communication with all stakeholders.
