Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to own and improve the shared CI/CD platform for the ASTRO DevOps team. You will drive Ansible configurations, automate across on‑premises and AWS, and maintain Jenkins and release tooling.

You will guide application teams, review technical changes, and work with Python, Groovy, Bash, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Linux, Windows and KVM to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience with on‑premises CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with Ansible and automation using Python, Groovy or Bash.
• Jenkins troubleshooting, pipelines support and CI/CD improvement experience.
• Strong Linux and operational troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Git and Artifactory.
• Ability to review cross‑team solutions and contribute to code quality.

• Own and improve the shared CI/CD platform for the Common ASTRO DevOps team supporting ASTRO Public Safety Systems.
• Drive Ansible-based configuration management and CI environment support.
• Improve automation and operations across on-premises and AWS environments.
• Maintain Jenkins reliability and support pipelines, Artifactory flows and release tooling.
• Guide application teams, review technical changes and make pragmatic platform decisions.
• Work with Python, Groovy, Bash, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Linux, Windows and KVM.
