Job summary

Allegro is seeking an IT Audit professional to join our Internal Audit team in Warsaw, focusing on evaluating IT controls, risk management, and process improvements across the company.

You will conduct interviews with project teams, document findings, write audit reports, communicate results to leadership, and monitor management's responses. This role requires strong English, 3+ years of IT audit or risk experience, willingness to travel up to 20%, and a drive for precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT audit or IT risk management experience.
• Experience in technology audits and evaluating technical risks.
• Knowledge of core IT concepts (access management, change mgmt, data mgmt, SDLC, AI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits in line with the audit plan with the team.
• Interview project teams to understand internal processes and controls.
• Identify and evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Write clear audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Provide recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation.
• Communicate tested control results to Audit Lead and management.
• Support non-IT audits when needed.

• Conducting IT audits in line with the audit plan together with other internal audit team members
• Conducting interviews with project teams to gain an understanding of internal processes and controls
• Identifying and evaluating the design and effectiveness of the company's internal controls
• Writing audit reports
• Providing recommendations and monitoring management's response and implementation of recommended improvements
• Communicating the results of tested controls to Audit Lead and management
• Supporting non-IT audits if needed

This is the right job for you, if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in IT audit or IT risk management
• Have experience in conducting technology audits and evaluating technical risks
• Have knowledge of basic IT concepts such as access management, change management, data management, SDLC, AI
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• can work with deadlines, in changing environment
• Communicate effectively in English
• can explain highly technical issues to non-technical individuals
• Are ready to travel (up to 10 - 20%)

The following are assets:

• Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Practical knowledge of SQL
