Job summary

RS is seeking a skilled CDM specialist to empower our Customer Data Master using Informatica CDM and C360 across multiple markets. You will design data models, mappings, and data structures to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible customer data.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data integrations, maintain data quality, and uphold GDPR while delivering scalable data solutions that drive customer insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica CDM in SaaS environments.
• Strong SQL and CDI integration skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the global CDM platform within Informatica Customer 360.
• Design and implement data models, mappings, and data structures for customer data.
• Support integrations, data flows, and APIs between C360 and SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Treasure Data.
• Drive data quality capabilities including enrichment, matching, merging, survivorship, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions and demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Ensure security, governance, and documentation across data management processes.
